Easy Chicken-Plus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pieces chicken, skinned, boiled, drained, chopped in bite-size pieces
    1 can cream soup (celery, mushroom or broccoli cheese)
    1/2 onion, sauteed (optional)
    2 c. cooked rice or 2 c. pasta (your favorite kind; I use tri-colored spirals)
    1 c. reserved chicken broth
    seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, etc.)
Preparation
    Pasta or rice can be boiled or cooked in chicken broth.
    Mix all ingredients, add enough chicken broth to moisten to desired consistency.
    Add seasonings for your family's taste.
    (I use Cavender's Greek Seasoning and/or garlic salt.)
