Baked Western Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large eggs
1/4 c. water
4 oz. cooked ham, cut into thin strips
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
1/4 c. sliced scallions
1/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Lightly spray a 10-inch glass pie pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In medium bowl with wire whisk, beat eggs with 1/4 cup of water until well blended.
Stir in remaining ingredients with rubber spatula.
Scrape into prepared pie pan. Bake 20 to 30 minutes until omelet is set, slightly puffed and browned.
Cut into 4 servings and serve at once.
Yields 4 servings.
