Turkey Burgers(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1lb. Ground Skinless Turkey
    1 Medium Onion Chopped
    1 Large Egg Beaten
    2 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley
    1 Clove Garlic Minced
    1/2 tsp. Tarragon
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Spray the broiler with non-stick spray. Lightly combine turkey, onion, egg and parsley and garlic tarragon plus salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Form into 4 burgers.
    Broil 4-inch from heat until brown, about 5 minutes on each side. 1 Burger = 4 Points.
