Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. margarine
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    32 oz. hash browns
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine onion, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, margarine and cheese; mix well.
    Thaw hash browns, then add to cream mixture.
    Spread into 13 x 9-inch glass baking pan.
