Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 10 apples (Jonathan preferably), peeled, cored and sliced
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. (heaping) flour
    pinch of salt
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
    butter
    1/2 fresh lemon
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and salt; place half of mixture in bottom of unbaked pastry shell.
    Add half of apples and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Scatter bits of butter.
    Repeat until all apples are used.
    Squeeze juice of lemon and 1/2 cup water over top.
    Top with pastry crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
