Raspberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) bag frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. schnapps (pear, peach or your choice)
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Puree ingredients in food processor, then strain.
    Cover, chill until ready to use.
