Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
2 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Melt margarine in heavy skillet.
Add brown sugar and stir until golden brown.
Beat together egg yolks and cornstarch; add to milk.
Add milk mixture to skillet and stir until thickened. Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue.
Bake in 450\u00b0 oven until meringue is brown.
