Chicken With Sundried Tomatoes And Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
1 lb. chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. broccoli florets
3/4 c. oil-packed sundried tomatoes
1 tsp. basil
pinch of salt and pepper
1/4 c. white wine
grated cheese
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. bow tie pasta
Preparation

Cook the bow tie pasta and set aside.
Mince the garlic and saute in the olive oil.
Cut the chicken breasts into chunks and add to the sauteed garlic.
Cook until the chicken is white and push to the side of the pan.
Add the broccoli and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add the sundried tomatoes, seasonings, wine, chicken broth and butter.
Simmer for about five minutes.
Mix this with the cooked pasta and toss with some grated cheese to taste. Serve warm.
