Ingredients

1 small pkg. pistachio pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows (colored ones are pretty for Easter)
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix pudding and Cool Whip together.
Stir until well mixed. Add pineapple, juice and all, marshmallows and nuts.
At Christmas time, put red and green cherries on top.
