Imperial Salad Freeze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe bananas
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 small can drained crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. (1 pt.) sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    strawberries, maraschino cherries, etc. (optional)
Preparation
    Mash bananas.
    Stir in other ingredients.
    Put into ring mold or Bundt cake pan or paper filled cupcake pans.
    Freeze well overnight or all day.
    Remove from freezer about serving time.
