Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
vanilla
cinnamon and nutmeg

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Bake at 425\u00b0 in unbaked pie shell for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Cook until knife blade comes out clean.
