Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. plain flour
2 c. milk
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Put all ingredients into a large bowl (or blender) and blend well.
Pour into a buttered 10-inch pie plate and bake in a preheated oven for about 1 hour.
When done, the crust will be on the bottom, the custard in the middle and the coconut on top.
