"Patricia'S" Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box frozen, chopped broccoli
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 oz. cottage cheese
    1 box \"Jiffy\" muffin mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Thaw and squeeze out excess liquid from broccoli.
    Mix all ingredients together and put in a baking dish.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    It is done when toothpick put in center comes out clean.
    Rub top with 3 or 4 pats of margarine as soon as it comes out of oven.
