Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. blueberries, thawed and well drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease bottom only of 12 medium muffin cups.
    Beat egg; stir in milk, oil and blueberries.
    Stir in remaining ingredients all at once.
    Stir until flour is moist. (Batter will be lumpy.)
    Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove from pan immediately.
