Family Gathering Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (your choice)
1 (16 oz.) jar (same flavor)
1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 (15 oz.) pkg. spaghetti (uncooked), broken up
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook and stir meat in a large Dutch oven until meat is brown. Drain off grease.
Add sauce and mushrooms.
(Add your own special touches, onions, black olives, etc.)
Cook a few minutes.
Add spaghetti.
Pour mixture into two ungreased casseroles.
Cover and bake one in 375\u00b0 oven, stirring occasionally, until spaghetti is tender, about 45 minutes.
Uncover and sprinkle with one cup of cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
Freeze other casserole and bake another night.
If having a large crowd for dinner, bake both. Enjoy.
Serves 4 to 6.
