Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
2 c. buttermilk
2 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation

Mix together 2 tablespoons warm water and 1 package dry yeast. Sift dry ingredients and cut in the shortening.
Add yeast and buttermilk.
This makes a sticky dough.
Add flour (extra if necessary) and roll 1/4-inch thick.
Cut as biscuits and roll in melted butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
