Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 lb. tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped (about 24 c.) *
    10 to 12 large onions, chopped (18 c.)
    1 c. hot peppers, chopped
    5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    4 c. green bell peppers, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    *Italian tomatoes (Roma) are best in salsa.
