Special Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. potatoes
    1/2 lb. oleo
    2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pt. half and half cream
    1 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets the night before until done.
    Let cool.
    Chop or shred and place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    The next day, melt other ingredients. Pour over potatoes.
    Do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
