Egg-Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 small pkg. green onions, chop tops and all
1 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix all together with enough mayonnaise to hold together. Line a bowl with plastic wrap before pouring mixture in.
Mold in refrigerator.
Turn out on a plate.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Serve with crackers.
