Sweet Red Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil (you can use 1/4 c. Miracle Whip instead of oil)
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
dash of red pepper
