Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 whole eggs
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
Preparation
-
Mix milk, salt and eggs.
Add to flour.
Place plenty of flour on counter and roll out.
Leave out 20 minutes, rolled out.
Fold with plenty of flour between folds, then cut.
