Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. finely chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 onion, minced
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 c. grated cheese (strong)
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Beat 2 eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Place these ingredients in a baking dish (or ring mold) which has been well-greased with 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
    Bake in moderate oven at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    The ring center or top may be covered with creamed mushrooms, creamed chicken or tuna or buttered vegetable.
