Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pot roast
    2 onions, cut up
    1/2 c. water
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of ginger
    1/2 c. sherry or rice wine
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 bay leaves
Preparation
    Brown meat on top of the stove in a large frying pan.
    Place browned meat and remaining ingredients in a pressure cooker. Cover; lock and weight pressure cooker.
    Cook on high until pressure is up, then reduce heat and cook for 45 minutes.
    Let stand until pressure is reduced.
