Cheddar Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    5 medium baking potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
    pepper
    1 onion, diced
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine soup, paprika, onion and pepper.
    In a greased 2-quart baking dish, arrange potatoes in overlapping rows.
    Sprinkle with cheese; spoon soup mixture over cheese. Cover; bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
    Potatoes should be fork-tender.
