Pork With Apricot Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tenderloin chops
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. onion
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. apricot jam
Preparation
    Brown chops in butter; remove from pan and add onion to brown. When brown, add mixed mustard, vinegar and apricot jam.
    Cook until hot; add chops and serve over cooked rice.
