Christmas Pot Cheese Balls (Zeppole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla or sherry
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls into about 2 inches of hot vegetable oil.
    Drain on paper towel after browning.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
