Miniature Pecan Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    1 c. chopped pecans (coarse)
Preparation
    Stir together cream cheese, 1/2 cup butter and flour until smooth.
    Shape into 24 balls.
    Place in ungreased miniature muffin cups.
    Press dough into bottom and around sides of cups to form into small shells.
