Strawberry Wine Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. fresh strawberries
    2 c. Rose wine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen pineapple juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lemon
    1 bottle Cold Duck
Preparation
    Wash berries and chop coarsely.
    Combine the berries with Rose wine, sugar, undiluted pineapple juice and salt.
    Grate lemon rind and squeeze juice.
    Add to wine and berry mixture.
    Add empty lemon shells to mixture.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    Strain liquid, discarding pulp.
    Add the strained liquid to Cold Duck and serve over ice.
