Chicken Kelly I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    8 slices Muenster cheese
    8 oz. mushrooms, drained
    1 c. chicken bouillon
    1 to 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Marinate chicken chunks in eggs for 2 hours in refrigerator. Mix bread crumbs, parsley and garlic salt in large storage bag. Place chicken in bag and shake to coat.
    Brown chicken lightly in olive oil.
    In 13 x 9-inch sprayed dish, lay chicken, then mushrooms and cheese and pour bouillon over.
    Cover dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
