Chicken Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
    2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
    1 (10 to 12 oz.) block Cheddar cheese, grated
    10 flour tortilla shells
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    fresh or canned mushrooms (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except the chicken, to make a nice, moist filling.
    Half this mixture into 2 separate bowls.
    In one bowl, add the cooked chicken and mix again.
    Spoon a portion of this filling into the tortilla shells and roll up.
    Spoon the remaining bowl of filling atop the shells, after they have been placed in a long baking dish.
    Be sure to grease the dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
