Easy Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 egg yolk, beaten with cold water to make 1 c.
Preparation
    Blend flour, sugar and shortening.
    Add egg yolk and water mixture.
    Stir until dough forms ball.
    Roll out.
    Recipe makes three two-crust pies, plus single crust.
    Dough may be kept in freezer several weeks.
    Thaw at room temperature.
    Mix will not make dough tough.
