Lula Paste - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. white sugar
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. sweet relish
    4 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 small jar sliced pimentos, chopped
Preparation
    Cook slowly stirring until thick, about 5 minutes, sugar, eggs and vinegar.
    Cool.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well, serve as a vegetable dip or a spread for crackers.
    Nice for Christmastime because of color.
