Quick Sweet Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. sesame, peanut or safflower oil
    1 tsp. grated lemon or orange peel
    2/3 c. yogurt
Preparation
    Mix the flour, cinnamon, salt and soda.
    Combine the egg, molasses, brown sugar, oil and orange peel.
    Mix the egg mixture alternately with the yogurt to the dry ingredients.
    Pour into a buttered pan and bake for about 50 minutes in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven.
