Spicy Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. potatoes
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Cut washed potatoes (with or without skins) into 1-inch cubes. Do not blot dry.
    Combine the rest of the ingredients in a plastic bag.
    Toss potatoes in bag to coat them.
    Evenly spread potatoes in one layer on lightly greased dish or pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Turn potatoes every 15 minutes.
