Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped hot pepper
1 small can mushrooms
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 cans hominy
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese or 1 small jar Cheez Whiz

Preparation

Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms in melted oleo.
Then, add other ingredients.
Put in greased baking dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
