Asparagus Party "Pin-Wheels" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1 can asparagus, drained
    3 or 4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 loaf bread, crusted
    butter
Preparation
    With rolling pin, roll out bread slices until they are flat. Mix together cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and egg until smooth and creamy.
    Spread this mixture on bread slices.
    Place one asparagus spear on each bread slice.
    Roll up.
    Melt butter in pan and dip each pin-wheel lightly in the butter.
    Place rolls in pan until they are almost frozen.
    Slice with very sharp knife into bite size pieces.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    (May be frozen and baked at a later date at same temperature but for approximately twice the time.)
