Peanut Butter Breakfast Bar(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 oz. dry oatmeal
1 pkt. chocolate flavored low calorie milk beverage
2 Tbsp. raisins
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
2 Tbsp. water
1 pkg. artificial sweetener
Preparation

Mix thoroughly; form into bar on foil and freeze.
Eat frozen (if you can wait!)
Equals 1 bread, 1 milk, 1 fruit, 1 fat and 1 protein.
