Grits Casserole(8 To 10 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grits
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook grits according to directions on package.
    Cut up butter and cheese roll and add to grits while hot; mix well.
    Beat eggs and add enough milk to make 1 cup.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Pour into buttered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Add Cheddar cheese last few minutes (optional).
