Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. broccoli florets
1/2 c. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2/3 (8 oz.) pkg. herbed stuffing mix
2 c. milk
2/3 c. water
6 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli.
Put into 2-quart greased casserole. Melt 1/2 cup butter.
Blend in flour and gradually add milk and bouillon cubes.
Pour over broccoli.
Heat water and butter until melted.
Pour over stuffing and toss with walnuts.
Place on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
