Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. meal
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. cream cheese
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 pod jalapeno pepper
Preparation
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
