Molded Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/3 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. onion salt
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
1 c. celery, chopped
3 c. cooked chicken, cut up (3 whole breasts)
1 c. almonds, slivered
Preparation

Prepare the Jell-O with water, including the vinegar and onion salt.
Cool.
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and sour cream.
Pour Jell-O mixture slowly into mayonnaise mix.
Chill until it begins to set, then add remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate in 7 3/4 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Serves 12.
