Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. warm water
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Sift flour along with dry ingredients.
Add shortening and cut in with a knife or pastry cutter.
Add yeast to buttermilk and mix thoroughly.
Roll dough as for biscuits.
Cut to desired size.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Unused dough may be kept in refrigerator.
