Luscious Lemon Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Beat eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and lemon juice until foamy; set aside.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch and water; cook until thick and clear over medium heat.
Add eggs; mix.
Cook and stir until slightly thickened.
Remove.
Add vanilla and cool.
Fold in whipped cream and chill.
Serve dip with fresh fruit.
