Magic Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 slices bread (thick sliced)
butter or margarine
Preparation

With a round cookie cutter or a glass, cut a circle in the bread.
Lightly toast the bread.
Place some butter in the skillet and heat.
Add a slice of bread to the hot skillet.
Break an egg into the hole.
When the bottom of the egg has cooked, turn over and cook the other side.
Take care not to break the yolk.
When done, remove to the serving plate and begin the next egg.
In a large skillet, it is possible to cook two at the same time.
Add more butter as necessary.
