Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 C. Rice
    2 C. Water
    6 Eggs
    2 qt. Milk (1\\2 gal.)
    2 C. Sugar
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    Dash Salt
Preparation
    Put rice in water overnight, or simmer until water is absorbed. Keep milk and eggs at room temperature.
    In large bowl, Combine milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt.
    Mix well.
    Gradually add rice mixture to egg mixture.
    Pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 min.
    Stir well.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
