Wild Duck - cooking recipe
Ingredients

salt and pepper to taste
4 small wild ducks
1 medium apple, quartered
1 medium orange, quartered
1 medium onion, quartered
2 celery stalks, halved into 4 pieces
8 bacon slices
Preparation

Season\tdressed
ducks inside and out.\tStuff each duck with mixture
of
1
section each:
apple, orange, celery and onion. Cover
each duck breast with 2 slices of bacon.
Place in a 12-inch
Dutch oven with 13 coals on top and 15 coals on the bottom.
Bake for 1 hour.
