Ground Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. canned whole tomatoes (undrained), chopped
    2 1/2 Tbsp. jalapeno relish
    1 (8 oz.) loaf process cheese spread
    1 (8 oz.) loaf process cheese spread with jalapeno
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring to crumble; drain.
    Wipe pan drippings from skillet before continuing.
    Return beef mixture to skillet; stir in tomatoes and remaining ingredients.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
    Serve with corn chips.
    Yields 4 cups.
