Sauteed Chicken Breasts With Cheese(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 lemon, cut lengthwise into 4 wedges
Preparation
    Split chicken, debone, remove and discard skin.
    Add nutmeg, salt and pepper to flour.
    Dip breasts into flour, then eggs, then bread crumbs mixed with cheese.
    In a large skillet, brown chicken in melted butter, about 5 minutes or until done.
    Serve with lemon wedges.
