Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 hen
4 onions, chopped
4 green peppers, chopped
2 c. chopped celery
1 large can pimento
1 large can mushrooms
1 small can ripe olives, chopped
1 pkg. spaghetti
1 lb. sharp cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook and debone hen.
Put peppers, celery and onions in broth and simmer.
Partially cook spaghetti in water and pour in sieve. Rinse with cold water to remove excess starch.
Add to broth and simmer until tender; add diced chicken, mushrooms, pimento and ripe olives.
Mix in the grated cheese.
Serve hot with green salad and crisp crackers.
