Hummingbird Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    2 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple including juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; add oil, eggs and stir but don't beat.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas.
    Spoon into 3 (9-inch) cake pans that are greased and floured or bake in muffin tins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
